The hotel was conveniently located near several

restaurants and retail options, making it easy to find meals and shop. My room was spacious and comfortable, but I noticed some cleanliness issues in common areas and a slow response to maintenance requests.

Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel truly feels like a second home. The King Room with Sofa Bed offered plenty of space to relax. I appreciated having a small fridge and coffee machine in the room. The decor felt modern, though the floors could have used more attention. they weren't as clean as I'd hoped. The staff were accommodating when I raised cleanliness concerns, which showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. No issues with the in-room air conditioning. it kept things comfortable. The indoor pool provided a nice escape after long days. However, the breakfast options felt expensive compared to nearby dining alternatives. Also, I noticed the rubber mat in the bathtub was peeling, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. Despite these minor setbacks, I felt comfortable and welcome during my stay. The Starbucks in the lobby was definitely a bonus for my morning coffee fix. Will consider returning, but I hope they enhance their housekeeping standards.

I stayed 14 nights and the staff made me feel at home! There was a Starbucks right in the lobby, super handy for a morning coffee fix.

Wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but considering the stay, it was still pretty good.

We had a lovely time exploring the nearby Wild Waves Water Park, which was a hit with my two girls. The room was comfortable and served us well during our family stay, providing a nice base for our adventures around the area.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

The hotel is perfectly located with quick access to I-5 and nearby bike trails that lead to beautiful views. I appreciated the convenience of being close to both dining options and a car rental facility that was far more affordable than airport options. The indoor pool was a refreshing spot to relax after a day of biking, and I absolutely loved my spacious King Room with a sofa bed – it felt homey and perfect for unwinding.

Unfortunately, I did notice some cleanliness issues in the common areas that need attention.
